My name is Manel Ávila, architect graduated from the Higher School of Architecture of Barcelona. My work focuses on the design of contemporary Mediterranean architecture, integrating the passion for architecture with design, functionality and sustainability.

I am a founding partner of Avila Projects, a studio committed to excellence in design architectural and comprehensive management of residential projects.

With more than 15 years of experience in Mallorca, with a specialized focus on the design of high-end Mediterranean villas.

The design philosophy of our studio is based on our passion for architecture, which is reflected in the constant search for a mix between traditional and the latest technologies. We believe in the importance of sustainability, energy savings and the use of recycled materials to create spaces that are not only aesthetically impressive, but also environmentally friendly.
